Stollen

A traditional German delight at Christmas, the marzipan is said to represent a Jesus is his swaddling.  This is a traditonal stollen so not as sweet, light or airy as the commercial ones you may have come across.

Like most of inclusions we use on our breads we make our own candied peel and marzipan.
