Our traditional baguette, like those made is France is best eaten on the day it is baked. We import our flour from France.
Nice litle tip buy the baguette that we bake on the day and freeze them. Reheat from frozen at 150 degrees Centigrade for about 10-15 mins (each oven does vary) and they will come out as if freshly baked - its amazing what you discover when you have no bread for a sandwich one lunchtime,
